Terms of Sale and Use

These terms cover your purchase and use of the NeuroPath RBT Exam Prep Kit (the "Kit") sold at https://rbt.neuropath.blog by NeuroPath ("we", "us"). By buying or using the Kit you agree to them.
1. What you're buying
The Kit is a digital download of original practice materials: mock exams, answer explanations, a browser-based practice-test simulator and related study aids. It is a one-time purchase of $29 (USD), not a subscription. Payment is processed by Stripe; we never see or store your full card details.
2. Delivery and access
After payment you'll get a private link to your kit page, shown on the confirmation page and emailed to the address you used at checkout. The kit page lets you use the practice-test simulator in your browser and download the PDFs and a .zip of all files. The link works for at least 12 months; downloaded files are yours to keep. Keep the link private. We may turn off a link if the order is refunded or the link is shared publicly. If you lose your link, email support@neuropathlabs.com and we'll send it again.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Kit for your own exam preparation. You may print copies for your own use. You may not share, resell, upload, post publicly or redistribute the Kit or any of its questions, in whole or in part, or use it to train others commercially. Agencies wanting to use the Kit with multiple trainees should contact us for a team license.
4. No affiliation, no guarantee of results
RBT® is a registered trademark of the BACB®; NeuroPath is not affiliated with or endorsed by the BACB. The Kit contains original practice questions, not actual exam items. It is a study aid and does not guarantee that you will pass the RBT exam or obtain or keep any credential. Exam content, format and eligibility rules are set by the BACB and may change; always check the BACB's current requirements.
5. Refunds
See our refund policy. In short: email us within 14 days for a full refund.
6. Intellectual property
All content in the Kit is owned by NeuroPath and protected by copyright. Except for the license above, no rights are granted.
7. Disclaimer and limitation of liability
The Kit is provided "as is". To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Kit is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The version in effect when you buy applies to that purchase.
